Homework
Reading improves with practice. Homework for Room 7 Student is to read twenty minutes each night. Choose a good fit book and read aloud to an adult or older sibling. When reading is completed students can fill out a reading slip with the name of the book and the amount of time read. Have your parent sign the reading slip for a bonus point. Students return the reading slip to Room 7 and receive points toward purchases at the “store”.
Borrowed Books
Students benefit by reading at their developmental level. If you are in need of Good Fit books for your student to read please stop in Room 7. Mrs. Wall and Mrs. Virden will be glad to help you pick out several Right Fit books to borrow from the lending baskets.
